An offer they might refuse

Loco Mono and his Costa Rica Story continue to move forward. The deal is made….. or is it. There was an offer on the house, there was a counter offer. I made an offer they could not refuse, then they refused. After some negations we settled on a price and signed a contract. The sale of the house is pending.
