We take a break from a stressful day and take a bike ride through Uvita and head down to a remote beach. A crossing over a log over a Crocodile swamp and we make it to Uvita Beach at high tide. We watch the waves roll in and it inspires poetry. We can learn much from nature and that Nature heals our mind and body!. We learn to seize the day!

Crashing, surging, wild and free,
A symphony of waves it is the sea.
A rhythmic dance, it ebbs and flows,
A constant motion, where time goes.
Each wave a moment, fleeting, bright,
A silent whisper in the night.
They rise and fall, an endless tide,
Reflecting life,where dreams abide.
The ocean’s rhythm, a steady beat,
A constant reminder, sweet and fleet.
Of change and time, always moving,
A fleeting moment, but still so soothing.
I could walk for hours along this shore
And welcoming each set, like the ones before
Waves of comfort sooth my soul
And fill my heart, as I stroll
Life’s trivial things fade away
As we now agree to seize the day
With great power as they run their course
Hitting the mark and with great force
As old as time, and like time passes
Each mighty wave rolls and splashes
Like generations they follow through
What was old, becomes the new
