Crazy hills and a twisty turn mountain road between Dominical and San Isidro Costa Rica. The road is treacherous and requires your best driving skills, but the view is amazing. Meeting a large truck traveling from the opposite direction on a sharp turn is an experience you won’t soon forget, and if you get stuck behind a slow moving vehicle your travel time may be at least doubled. The weather can and most likely will change at the drop of a hat on the trip over the mountain, but just enjoy the drive and above all drive safely.
